Washington DC during summer is my favorite: baseball games at nats field, waterfront in Georgetown, the wooten summer party and outdoor seating everywhere. But with that said - i am already lusting for fall 2010. let me just start with these beauties i found on etsy.

Last fall when I was in California - everyone was wearing these cowl scarf hoodies. Needless to say, I am also obsessed.
Those are fun! Why does the model look so completely angry??
